Little Dragons This class is a Pre-School type class with an age specific program aimed at preparing the student to integrate into the mainstream junior program. Aimed at the 5-7 year old age group the Little Dragons program is a fun, fast paced highly motivational class incorporating all of the traditional elements found in Martial Arts but delivered in a fun way. A recent phrase to describe this type of training is 'Edutainment' (education and entertainment in one!) You will find your child will have improved concentration, co-ordination and confidence after a short time as a 'Little Dragon'. Junior Programs Our Junior Program is for the 7-12 year old age group aiming to not only improve physical skills such as speed, strength, flexibility, co-ordination etc. But also to develop CHARACTER through the discplined structure, CONFIDENCE through encouragement and positive re-assurance and all of the above leading to enhanced SELF ESTEEM. Taekwondo A 21st century version of a traditional martial arts system incorporating, ITF style patterns, kickboxing, weapons, grappling and breaking to form a dynamic art. Taekwondo is the most popular system taught worldwide today. Kickboxing A freestyle system aimed at athlete development with an aim to compete at the highest level. Structured syllabus taking students to new levels of skill fitness and ability. While many students just enjoy the challenge of setting oneself a goal and may never enter competition, others do enter the competitive side of this sport competing and succeeding at a high level. Kardio Kickboxing Fast paced fun fitness classes to the latest in Dance music, reality based self defence moves combined with kickboxing drills for a great total body workout including: Medicine Ball Work Fit Ball Work Total Body Conditioning Flexibility Training IMPACT Self Defence IMPACT stands for Intense, Mental and Physical Attack Conditioned Training. A reality based course, that does as it says! Real training for real threats! With 3 levels of training, a kids version called STRANGER DANGER aimed at the 5-7 year olds and the ANTI-BULLYING Course aimed at the 7-12 year olds.
