Daragh Bolton began his training in 1990 with Kickboxing and then later in that same year was introduced to Taekwondo by Patrick Fox who at the time was a 1st Degree Black belt. Patrick Fox was an Instructor at the Greystones School of Taekwondo.
Daragh, after 3 years then joined Bray Taekwondo School under the Instruction of Mr. Stephen White 4th Degree. Stephen White was the light heavy weight fighter on the Irish Team for many years and one of the most feared competitors both nationally and Internationally. Daragh received his 1st Degree Black belt from Master Hee il Cho in 1994 and went on to grade under Master Cho for his 2nd Degree in 1997.
In 2000 Daragh formed Focus Martial Arts and Fitness (FMA) and turned Professional, dedicating his career to teaching martial arts. FMA has grown from strength to strength and now has National, European and World Champions training.
